A Federal High Court In Kano, presided over by Justice Lewis Allagoa, has set aside a ruling of an FCT High Court, which ordered the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole, to stop parading himself as National Chairman of the party.

An Abuja High Court, presided over by Justice Danlemi Senchi had on Wednesday granted an order of interim injunction, restraining Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC National Chairman.

Vacating the order, Justice Allagoa on Thursday ordered the police and Department of State Service, DSS, to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.

Meanwhile, hours after the Abuja High Court order, Oshiomhole approached the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, to appeal the ruling.
