Nollywood actress, Chizobe Bosah, who also appears on the popular soap opera, ‘Tinsel,’ is dead.

Bosah reportedly died after a prolonged battle with diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure at the age of 52.

It is, indeed, a sad and trying time for the family members of the actress, as the heartbreaking news of her death filtered out.

Reports by Yes International Magazine revealed that the 52-year-old movie star died on Sunday, May 10.

And until her sudden departure, Ms. Bosah was a seasoned actress, producer and presenter.

She acted the epoch making movie, ‘Living in Bondage’ and her Igbo comedy series,  ‘Kanyi Si Ebi,’ contributed in no small measure to the start of Igbo Channel on DSTV.

Also know for her role as Aunty Tinuke in the popular television soap, Tinsel, the deceased was married to her husband, Sam Boye, for about 15 years; and they jointly operated a company called Purple Pictures.

May her soul rest in peace.
