…Felicitates With Constituents
The member of the House of Representatives, representing Oluyole federal constituency of Oyo State at the lower chamber if the National Assembly, Hon Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has assured Nigerians that the nation will rise again and actualise the hopes and aspirations of her founding fathers, despite the current challenges confronting the nation.
She gave this assurance in a goodwill message signed by her Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Olamilekan Olusada and made available to CompassNG, where she also felicitated with members of her constituency and all Muslims across the nation on the occasion of the Eid-el Fitri, which marks the end of the Ramadan fasting.
In the goodwill message, Hon Akande-Sadipe urged Nigerians not to relent in offering prayers for the nation, during and after the Eid-ul Fitri.
She said, “We should jointly pray for our nation, as the tragic incidents bedevilling our dear country is threatening our unity. We must come together as one, to stop this.”
Muslims across the world began the one month long fasting about a month ago.
Meanwhile, Hon. Akande-Sadipe also used the opportunity to congratulate workers across the nation in acknowledgement of the 2022 May Day celebration.
The chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Diaspora Affairs also called on government at all tiers to ensure economic growth and development.
On her part, the member of the House of Representatives renewed her vow to provide qualitative representation to her constituency at the green chambers, adding that “we all have different parts to play in this rescue mission of our country Nigeria.”
