The member representing Akoko South East/South West federal constituency in the National Assembly, Hon Ade Adeogun, through the Ade Adeogun Foundation, AAF, is offering 150 scholarship to his constituents to study for the National Certificate of Education, NCE, at the Upland College of Education, Ipesi Akoko.

The offer of scholarship, which is devoid of any political colouration, kicked off a few weeks back and would have been concluded by now, but for the COVID-19 pandemic, with collection of forms by interested applicants at no cost.

Ina statement made available to CompassNG, and sighed by the Special Assistant to Hon Adeogun on Media and Publicity, Olugbenga Sunday Abide, the AAF reiterated that the collection of forms is merely the first step in the numerous processes that will lead to the eventual admission of 150 students into Upland College of Education, Ipesi Akoko.

Abire said, “It’s instructive to note that the forms do not automatically translate to admission for the three-year tuition-free program.
