COVID-19 test results of all the people exposed at the burial of former Chief of Staff, CoS, to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari, in Abuja, have been revealed.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, on Sunday, in a tweet on its official Twitter handle, announced that all of them tested negative for coronavirus.

Recall that the Presidency and some Nigerians, who participated in the burial rites of the late CoS came under heavy attack over non-compliance to social distancing order at Kyari’s burial.

Speaking on Sunday, the FCTA Acting Secretary, Dr. M. B. Kawu, said everyone exposed have reunited with their family.

The FCTA tweeted, “Mallam Abba Kyari’s Burial: The FCT Health and Human Services Secretariat is happy to announce that the individuals exposed during the burial of late CoS to the President have completed their 14 days of isolation.

“Tests were conducted and they have all tested negative to #COVID19.”

“The individuals have now been reunited with their families.”
