A total 278 persons have been tested for COVID-19 in Kwara State; with 187 of the tests returning negative, while 9 tested positive and 80 resukta are being awaited.
A table from the office of COVId-19 KwaraUpdate showed that results of 80 samples taken were still pending as at the time of filing this report on Friday.
Meanwhile, there had been zero death report and two who had been treated, tested, confirmed negative and discharged.
The governor, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, in his Ramadan message pleaded with Muslims in the state to show understanding for the lockdown of the state for COVID-19 even as Ramadan begins.
