…Says He Is Wooing Oyo, Bauchi, Enugu Govs To Join APC

Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, on Thursday finally decamped from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, disclosing that he was instrumental to three PDP, governors decamping to the ruling APC.

Fani-Kayode made the declaration at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, after his presentation to President Muhammadu Buhari as a member of the APC.

The former spokesman of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council was introduced to the President by the Yobe State governor and Chairman of the APC National Caretaker Committee, Mai Mala Buni and his Zamfara State counterpart, Bello Matawalle.

The former minister explained that he had been a founding member of the APC, adding that he returned to the APC for the unity of the country.

The controversial former minister said that he was wooing the governors of Oyo, Bauchi and Enugu states, Seyi Makinde, Bala Mohammed and Ifeanyi Uguanyi respectively to also join the APC; adding that whatever opinion people may have about his credibility because of his constant change of parties was up to them.
