The governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, will be conferred with Forbes’ award as the best African Governor in Industrial Revolution.

Others to be honored by Forbes are: the Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero; the Chairman of the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, General Buba Marwa, rtd; the Director General of National Information Technology Development Agency, NITDA, Inuwa Kashifu Abdullahi.

While Abiodun will receive Forbes’ Best African Governor in Industrial Revolution, Ado-Bayero will be honoured with the Most Outstanding Traditional Ruler Award; General Marwa will be bestowed with the Health Safety Award of Excellence, while Abdullahi will receive the Outstanding Corporate Governance CEO Award, just as Dr Mrs. Onikepo Akande will deliver the goodwill message.

Other recipients of Forbes’ awards include: Hon. Chidubem Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, the Deputy Chief Whip of the Federal House of Representatives, who bagsto Forbes Best Africa Excellent Service Award. Dr. Christopher Irene Imumolen, who is the President, American Institute of Certified Professionals and the presidential candidate of the Accord Party in the 2023 presidential election will be conferred with the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.

Others recipients of Forbes’ awards include: Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban, the CEO of Rigworld International Services Limited, who bagged the Outstanding Business Leader in Oil and Gas and Richard Nii Armah Quaye, the Founder and Board Chairman of Quick Credit/Oya Micro Credit and Founder/CEO, Quick Angels Limited will be honoured with Forbes’ Best of Africa Distinguished Entrepreneur Award.
