The governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved the appointment of six special advisers, SAs.

The new appointments are the second batch to be made by the governor to kickstart his second term in office.

He had earlier re-appointed the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi and also approved the appointment of Dr. Oluwatoyin Taiwo as the Deputy Chief of Staff, DCoS.

A statement e-signed by the SSG stated that Mr. Oladapo Okubadejo has been appointed as the Chief Economic Adviser to the governor.

Other appointments include: Mr. Olaolu Olabimtan, Special Adviser, SA, Budget and Planning; Jagunmolu Jamiu Akande Omoniyi, SA, Housing; Engr. Adebowale O. Akinsanya, SA, Works and Infrastructure; Mr. Olusina Ogungbade, SA Judiciary, and Dr. Tomi Coker, SA, Health.

Mr. Talabi said that the appointments take immediate effect.
