The sixth queen of the Arole Oduduwa, the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Temitope Adesegun Ogunwusi, apart from being an Ijebu princess, is an alumnus of the most valued universities in the world.

These universities include: Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, INSEAD and the University of Lagos, UNILAG.

Recall that the marriage plans for the Ooni Ogunwusi’s sixth wife was revealed on Sunday by the Director of Media and Publicity to the Arole Oduduwa, Chief Yera Moses Olafare, via his social media handles.

As the monarch took his new bride into the palace on Monday, here are highlights of things to know about the newest queen of Ile-Ife.

Temitope Morenikeji Adesegun is the CEO of Hopes Alive Initiatives, HAI.

A princess from the Adesegun Ibipe Royal Dynasty of Ago-Iwoye in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oòni Ogunwusi’s new queen possesses a diploma in Linguistics, and Data Processing, and a Bachelor of Science, B.Sc., all from the University of Lagos.

Olori Temitope is also a certified alumnus of the University of Oxford, United Kingdom; INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France; University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, United Kingdom; and Harvard Kennedy School of Government in the United States of America.

The queen also has a background as a broadcaster, as she presented a television programme, ‘Health-Wise,’ a public health advocacy program of the Lagos State Ministry of Health, for four years, during the administration of former Governor Babatunde Fasola.
