The commissioner representing Cross River State at the National Population Commission, NPC, retired Navy Captain Charles Iyam Ogwa, has assured the governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu of unalloyed support to ensure the success of his administration and ensure that Cross River State occupy it’s place among the comity of states.
Captain Ogwa gave the assurance in a message to rejoice with Prince Otu on the occasion of his birthday on October 18.
