By creating relatable content and personas across their social platforms, Ajayi’s team saw a 40 per cent increase in user engagement and a 35 per cent improvement in feature adoption rates. These insights directly informed their product development roadmap.

At the content marketing company, Ajayi focused on developing tools and processes that enhanced content creation and distribution efficiency.
“We implemented new icon-based editing
tools that streamlined the content creation process for our clients,” she explains.

The results spoke for themselves – production time decreased by 30 per cent, and clients saw an average 45 per cent increase in their engagement rates after implementing these solutions.
“Our focus was on creating tools that made complex content management simple and effective for our clients,” Ajayi notes.

In her B2C role, Ajayi took charge of end-to-end marketing operations, implementing

“We developed a comprehensive digital
approach that combined geographic data analysis with consumer behavior insights,” she explains.
“This allowed us to precisely target our efforts based on population demographics and route optimization.”
