He was a good man who served as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, with selfless dignity, with defined purpose. with truth and admirable solidify.
Oye was sociable, humble, gracious, full of love, instinctively good at heart, a scholar with comprehensive largeness.
Oye will be missed where truth and wisdom are honored.
