A teenager, Samson Adeleke, has been arraigned before an Osun State Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Osogbo, for allegedly stealing a sum N91,300 belonging to his boss, Bola Oni.
The police prosecutor, Kayode Adeoye, told the court that the 18-year old allegedly stole the said amount on December 30, 2019.
The one-count charge preferred against the accused reads, “That you, Adeleke Samson, M, on 30th day of December 2019 at about 8 00am at No 12, Ayetoro Area, Osogbo in the Osogbo Magisterial District, did steal the sum of N91 300 only, property of one Bola Oni and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable by Section 390 (9) of Criminal Code CAP 34 Vol. II Laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2002.”
