…239 New Cases Confirmed With 11 New Deaths
COVID-19 pandemic cases in Nigeria have hit 4,151 on Saturday, just as 239 new vases were announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, health officials.
Eleven new fatalities were also confirmed on Saturday, bring the total COVID-19-related fatalities to 128.
A breakdown of the new cases state by state showed Lagos State leading with 97 new cases; followed by Bauchi State with 44 new cases.
Other breakdown are: Kano, 29; Katsina, 19; -Borno, 17; the Federql Capital Territory, FCT, seven; Kwara, six; Oyo, five; Kaduna and Sokoto, three apiece; Adamawa, Kebbi, Plateau and Ogun, two new cases each and Ekiti, one new case.
Seven hundred and forty five cases have been successfully treated and discharged.
