Former Leader of the Senate, distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, SAN, has been appointed an arbitrator at the Federal High Court Alteration Dispute Resolution Centre by the Hon. Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice John Tsoho.

The appointment was contained in a letter dated 1st March, 2023, addressed to Senator Ndoma-Egba and signed by the Assistant Registrar of the Federal High Court, Zainab Hassan Bio Esq., who also conveyed her congratulations and those of the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to him.

Senator Ndoma-Egba, a Life Bencher and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, is a long standing member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

The appointment has been described as well-deserved and a mark of honour for the former Senate Leader and former Chairman Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, who has contributed in no small measure to the growth and sustenance of democracy as an accomplished lawyer and astute politician.
