The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, replaced its former ambassador, Funke Akindele-Bello, also known as ‘Jenifa’ with Toyin Abraham, after she flouted the Federal Government’s social distancing directives.
Recall that Funke hosted a house birthday party for her husband, Abdul Rasheed Bello, aka JJC Skillz, at their AMEN Estate, Lekki home.
In a new video, recently posted on NCDC’s official twitter page, Abraham was revealed as the new face of the campaign against COVID-19.
The actress,speaking in Yoruba language, spoke about how to protect oneself and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The video is in partnership with UN in Nigeria and United Nations Development Programme, UNDP, Nigeria.
