The presidential candidate of the All Progressives’ Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has assured Nigerians, that if elected President, he will strengthen the unity and stability of the nation with requisite socio-economic growth.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary, CPS to Kebbi State Governor Abu akara Atiku Bagudu, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari,stated that
Tinubu affirmed this during a homage to the Emir of Gwandu in his palace, in Birnin Kebbi, on Saturday, February 11, to solicit for royal blessings and prayers ahead of the forthcoming elections.

The presidential candidate of the APC said that the joint partnership between Kebbi and Lagos states on the LAKE rice would be consolidated upon for the economic benefit of the people of the two states, describing it as the best policy by the Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu-led administration.

In his introductory remarks, Senator Bagudu urged traditional rulers, as custodian of peace and progress, to mobilize their subjects to remain loyal to and supportive of the government.

The Emir, who was represented by the senior councillor, the Waziri of Gwandu, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar, gave an assurance that traditional institutions would continued to pray for the success of political leaders.

Among those on the entourage of the APC presidential flag bearer were: the APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu; Governor Bagudu; the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, and governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong; the governors of Kano, Jigawa, Zamfara and Borno states, Abdullahi Ganduje, Bello Matawalle and Babagana Zulum respectively; as well as former governors of Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara states, Alhaji Sa’idu Usman Nasamu Dakingari, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko and Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi, respectively; former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole; former Minister of Internal Affairs, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Magoro; Chairman, Federal Road Safety Corps, Alhaji Buhari Bello, and the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu.
