Publisher of gazellenews.com, a popular Lagos-based online newspaper, TGN Media Network, is set to celebrate her anniversary and award night.
The event, themed: ‘Advocacy as a Tool for Eradicating Bullying, Cultism, Drug Abuse and Anti-social Vices in Schools,’ is billed for Thursday, March 17, at the prestigious D’Podium International Event Centre, Ikeja, Lagos.
Speakers at the event include: the Director-General, National Orientation Agency, NOA, Dr. Abari Garba; and the Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, Dr. Hamid Bobboyi.
The Vice President, Prof Yemi Osibajo, GCON, SAN, will chair the anniversary cum award night; while the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, is the Special Guest of Honour. Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, is the Chief Host.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC,and presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his service to Lagos State.
Popular journalist, Babajide Kolade-Otitoju of the Television Continental, TVC, will be honoured with the Journalist of the Year award, while ‘Journalist Hangout’ goes home with the Television Programme of the Year.
The Comperes of the award night are: Gbenga Adeyinka D 1st, Grand Comedian of the Federal Republic, GCFR and popular Lagos Television, LTV, on-air-personality, Busola Kukoyi.
