The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB, will on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, holds the 70th edition of its Inaugural Lecture.
The Inaugural Lecture, themed: ‘From Generation To Generation: Plant Genetic Diversity, Continuity And Discontinuity,’ which will hold at 2pm at the Oluwakemi Balogun Ceremonial Building in the FUNAAB Main Campus, Abeokuta, will be delivered by a Professor of Plant Breeding and Genetics in the Department of Plant Breeding and Seed Technology, FUNAAB College of Plant Science and Crop Production, COPLANT, Professor Olusola Babatunde Kehinde.
The lecture, which attendance is strictly by invitation and in strict compliance with COVID-19 protocols will also be beamed live through Zoom, with ID: 652 006 1153, with passcode FUNAAB; and on YouTube via https://youtu.be/uOeB4tsncZo
A statement signed by FUNAAB’s Head of Directorate of Public Relations, Kola Adepoju, and made available to CompassNG, quoted the Vice Chancellor of FUNAAB, Professor Felix Kolawole Salako, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate and the entire university community inviting all relevant stakeholders to the Inaugural Lecture.
