The Markudi, Benue State cash office of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, covering the North Central states, is currently on fire.
While the cause of the fire is not known, firefighters were yet to arrive at the building located in old GRA in Makurdi as at the time of filing this report.
The CBN building in Makurdi is located close to Government House and opposite the Markudi branch of the United Bank of Africa, UBA.
