The Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has forwarded a fresh list of nominated commissioners to the Kwara State House of Assembly by the governor, for confirmation.
The list contained mainly, names of some of the immediate past commissioners, who served in the governor’s cabinet that was dissolved on 31st December, 2020.
Notice of the list was announced during the plenary of the House on Tuesday, in a letter from the governor, apparently asking for their confirmation.
Among the cabinet nominees were the former Commissioner for Works, Rotimi Suleiman Iliasu, Lafia Aliyu Kora Sabi, former Commissioner for Education, Hajia Saadat Modibbo Kawu, and former Commissioner for Water Resources, Hajia Arinola Lawal.
Others were former Commissioner for Health, Dr. Raji Razaq; Arc. Aliyu M. Saifuddeen and Mr. Wahab Femi Agbaje.
