As the coronavirus pandemic continues to ravage the globe, three staff in the office of the Chief of Staff, CoS, to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari, have tested positive to COVID-19, according to a presidential source, who confirmed the development.
This followed the outcome of the COVID-19 test conducted on the CoS, Kyari, himself which returned positive.
This is just as all the aides at the Vice President’s wing of the Aso Villa complex, with the exception of his media aide, did not turn up for work.
A source said the VP reported late to work on Monday afternoon unlike him; even as most of his aides had face masks and hand gloves on when they came to work on Monday.
Meanwhile the Presidential Villa is gradually facing total lockdown, as none essential staff have been asked to stay away.
