…Says They Are Best For The Job

A support group for good governance, Professionals for Aderinola, PROFAD, has called in the teeming electorate in Ogun Central senatorial district of Ogun State have been called upon to troop out enmasse next Saturday and cast their votes for the senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for Ogun Central, Chief Olumide Aderinokun.

PROFAD made the call in a statement issued by its Coordinator, Ogbeni Poju Adekola.

Adekola, in the statement made available to newsmen, described Aderinokun as an embodiment of the much needed sterling qualities that guarantee quality representation of the good people of Ogun Central in the upper chamber of the National Assembly.

He averred that Aderinokun is a young man, virile, vibrant and full of vigour to deliver and enhance service delivery if given the privilege to represent Ogun Central senatorial district in the Red Chamber.

The PROFAD Coordinator further informed that if voted into office, ‘Adetide,’ as Aderinokun is fondly referred to by his teeming admirers, will bring his exposure as a widely travelled business mogul, who has carved a niche for himself in real estate and farming, among others, to bear in the business of legislation.

Adekola described Aderinokun as a selfless philantropist and grassroot man, who for years before and after joining politics, had been in constant touch with his people in Ogun Central, empowering and bettering their lots through various masses-oriented interventions under the aegis of his Foundation.

PROFAD enjoined the electorate not to succumb to the pressure of vote buying and the power of incumbency and patronage, but to go all out and vote Aderinokun, who has been making good his promise to empower his people through his Foundation over the years, even when he’s not yet a public office holder.

The group urged the electorate not to mortgage their votes by going out to cast their votes for the trio of Chief Aderinokun, for Senate, Rt.Hon.Yemi Coker for the House of Representatives candidates for Odeda/Obafemi Owode/Abeokuta North federal constituency and Hon.Kehinde Odewunmi, a.k.a O Kenny, for Odeda state constituency on the platform of PDP.

Adekola pointed out that as a group of professionals, it is imperative for them to promote good governance by participating in the democratic process for a better society and nation building.

The group said that it settled for Aderinokun as the best man for the job, after it professionally beamed its searchlight on the contenders for the seat senatorial race.

It therefore urged the people of Ogun Central to come out massively on February 25 to vote for Chief Aderinokun as their senator for Ogun Central; Rt. Hon. Coker and Hon. Odewunmi as the member of the House of Representatives for Odeda/Obafemi Owode/Abeokuta North federal constituency and Odeda state constituency respectively.
